Office closed and never contacted me about my appointment. Receptionist is indifferent. Dentist never comes to introduce self.

I've only had to go for cleanings but my last appointment was scheduled months in advance. The day before I never got a phone call which I usually get as a reminder. So, I went in for my early appointment and the entire office was closed with a note on the door basically saying they will be closed for an indeterminate amount of time. It was upsetting to plan around work to go in for an appointment and never even get a courtesy call that they are closed.
Also, I've yet to be introduced to the dentist and typically the receptionist when I get there never looks you in the eye and is a little unfriendly.
I'd advise against going to this dental office, but no worries, they aren't even open and you can't get in contact with them anyway.
