I went to Tina and asked if she took the insurance that I had, she said she would sign up for it. Proceeded to fax forms and sign up for insurance as I waited. She said everything was okay we were all set, and gave me estimate of work total. Made appointment for following week. She did the work and then presented me with invoice for amount 3X higher than estimate, I asked why and she said she decided not to except the insurance I had. She did not tell me this prior to treatment. I couldn't pay that day, I wasn't planning on that amount. The next few days and weeks were hell. She had she staff call me daily and scream at me on the phone. She decided to except half of the payment and then again changed her mind. Not a good way to do business and will never recommend her to anyone.
