Here's how you claim a listing.

1) Use the search fields at the bottom of this page to locate your listing.

2) Click the "Claim" button on the dedicated page for the listing. You can find the claim button in the top right corner of the listing:

3) In the popup, please supply your email address and phone number so we can verify you are indeed associated with that practice. We will then transfer the listing to your control within 48 hours. At that point, you will be able to edit your listing as you like.
